PROCEDURE TO MAKE THE PURCHASE BY CUSTOMERS (Embassies)

1.After registering as a user in the Online Store, the Customer will be able to make his purchase (order).

2. After the purchase, the Customer will receive an email notifying him that his order has been received correctly.

3. Once validated, the client will receive an email with the proforma with the list of products, quantities and final amount to pay. This document is valid to carry out the Franchise procedures at MINREX.

4. Once the proforma is obtained, the Client can proceed to make the payment.

For pickup in the Warehouse:

5. If the Client has chosen as a delivery method the pickup in the warehouse, once the payment has been made and confirmed, he will receive via email the scanned, signed and stamped invoice, for customs procedures (obtaining the release). If you wish, you can collect the original invoice at IPSA offices.

6. After obtaining the customs clearance, we proceed to the coordination of the collection of the products in the IPSA warehouses.

For home delivery (purchases over $ 500.00):

7. After obtaining customs clearance, the client must contact the IPSA commercial team to proceed with the coordination of the shipment to their Delivery Address.

*Validated orders can´t be modified (neither products or quantities).

4. Once the proforma is obtained, the Client can proceed to make the payment.

For pickup in the Warehouse:

If the Client has chosen as a delivery method the pickup in the warehouse, once the payment has been made and confirmed, he will receive by email the scanned, signed and sealed invoice, for customs procedures (presentation of Annex 1 and obtaining the release). If you wish, you can collect the original invoice at IPSA offices.

6. After obtaining the customs clearance, can proceed to the coordination of the collection of the products in the IPSA warehouses.
